Free bus ride offered to apors, health workers

(VTI), the country's biggest bus company, is offering free rides to authorized persons outside of residence (Apors) and health-care workers in Negros Occidental. VTI, the operator of Ceres buses, has allocated 25 "Libreng Sakay" buses: 18 for Negros Occidental and seven for Bacolod City. Apors and health-care workers only need to present their identification cards that indicate where they work and wear face masks and face shields to avail of the free rides. The "Libreng Sakay" buses for northern Negros Occidental cover the following routes: Bacolod-Victorias City, Bacolod-Cadiz City, Bacolod- Escalante and Bacolod-San Carlos City and vice versa in the north. For southern Negros Occidents, the routes go from Bacolod to Ma-ao, Bago City, to Kabankalan City and to Hinobaan town.
