French rugby authorities have begun action against former All Black Ali Williams following his arrest in a drugs bust. The National Rugby League (LNR) announced on Friday (Saturday NZ time) that its disciplinary committee had been instructed to initiate proceedings against Williams and former Wallaby James O'Connor, after they were arrested in Paris.
