The goats were loose for about 30 minutes before they were all returned safely, Church said. Once the animals spotted City Grazing's site supervisor, David, they followed his truck back up to the park while being assisted by several park employees. Goats have grazed the property at Francisco Park on and off for a decade, and there haven't been any issues there in the past, she added.
