Spesifikasi Google Pixel 4 dan Pixel 4XL hanya berbeda pada ukuran layar dan kapasitas baterainya saja. Untuk sektor dapur pacu, Google Pixel 4 dan Pixel 4 XL sama-sama dibekali chipset Snapdragon 855 yang dipadankan dengan RAM 6 GB.
