THE Governor of Taraba State, Darius Ishaku, has clinched the governorship ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party in Taraba State,Ishaku who was nominated unopposed as a sole candidature of the party in the State pooled 1928 votes of delegates who converge in Jalingo Taraba State capital for the primary election. The primary election was conducted today at Jolly Nyame Stadium Jalingo. Idris Wada, while making the election declaration said 2000 delegates were accredited for the primary election. Wada while announcing the election also said 1928 were counted as valid vote while the remaining votes were invalid, he, therefore, returned Ishaku as the PDP governorship candidate in Taraba State.
