Paula Holliday, head chef and owner of The Handmade Pie Company, is entering five pies into the prestigious food contest. ‌With two decades of experience as a chef, Paula said her dream when setting up The Handmade Pie Company was to never compromise on quality, and said she likes to "cook like a grandma".
