A gym in Maidenhead’s Waterside Quarter is set to close this May after facing ‘ongoing challenges’. However, the company has now said that after ‘a lot of careful consideration’, it has made the decision to close. In communications sent to its members, F45 Maidenhead said: “Like many small businesses, we’ve been facing ongoing challenges, and unfortunately, it’s no longer possible for us to continue in a sustainable way. “We’ve (mostly) loved the early mornings, the familiar faces, the banter, and a tiny bit of competitiveness between sets. “We’ve seen strength gains, fat loss, those first proper box jumps and the confidence to come to the gym alone for the first time ever.
