Financial fraud suspects, both aged 44 were arrested at a flat in Tin Shui Wai on Wednesday by police. Previous NextTwo people accused of cheating HK$4.6 million from at least four victims in a suspected money-lending scam have been arrested by police, RTHK reports. Police say the victims were first contacted via cold calls and offered low-interest, high-value loans. The suspects then disappeared with the money, and even shut down their office, the police say. Police believe both are key players in the suspected scam.
