TAGBILARAN CITY, Philippines — A still unidentified woman was found with head wounds and half-naked in this city Saturday morning. The woman was alive and was rushed to a hospital. A pair of shorts, briefs and slippers were also found near where the woman was found. Witnesses said they saw wounds on the woman’s head. Blood-stained stones were also found in the area where no one knew who the woman was.
