It's not that I have anything against the company, I’ve just noticed over the years that sites offering a ratings system are highly flawed. Where unemployment is low and it is difficult for companies to recruit top talent, it seems clear that companies are pushing their employees to write rave reviews. Fake reviews are just one defect, but there is a bigger picture to consider when taking in employer reviews. Check your Twitter and Facebook feeds or review sites, like Glassdoor and Yelp, and you will know exactly what I am talking about. Go on that interview with the company with bad reviews.
