According to the court order, she has to appear before the court physically for her explanation on October 14. Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Abdur Rafel, accompanied by Assistant Attorney General Ali Haider, stood for the petition. But in response the deputy jailer Alvi Sharmin told him that the jail authorities were not bound to obey the court order. The DAG later informed the court of the matter, whereupon the court suggested that he file a petition relating to contempt of court.
