Homicide unit investigates suspicious death in northeast Edmonton
A 56-year-old man was found unresponsive by police on Friday night in the area of 108 Ave. and 31 St. Police arrived on scene around 6:40 p.m. in response to a report of an assault, a press release stated. EDMONTON—Edmonton police’s homicide unit are investigating a suspicious death in the city’s northeast end. Emergency services treated the man and transported him to hospital, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy is yet to be scheduled.
