Music Copyright Society of Kenya boss Ezekiel Mutua has said that homosexuality must not be sanitised through the Kenyan court system. In a statement on Thursday, Mutua insisted that the Constitution outlaws homosexuality. He said the practice is against the core values, constitution and beliefs of Kenyan. Our Constitution outlaws homosexuality and in Section 11 recognises culture as "the cumulative civilisation of the Kenyan people," Mutua said. Same-sex marriage is therefore against our core values, the constitution and religious beliefs and must not be sanitised through strange court decisions."
