A 20-year-old patient in an Indian hospital was allegedly gang-raped by a doctor and other medical staff before being murdered. In the latest horrific sex attack to shock the nation, the woman reportedly told her parents that she was attacked at the private hospital in Manjhanpur, Uttar Pradesh, shortly before her death. When her father reported the incident to the hospital management he was told his daughter was mentally ill. But the doctor and other staff members who were allegedly involved in the attack have now fled. Last week, a 21-year-old female patient was allegedly raped while semi-conscious in an Indian hospital's intensive care unit while being treated for tuberculosis.
