I think that these benefits are a clear indication remote work can improve employee satisfaction. That being said, I do understand that not everyone is a fan of working remotely. I’ve had employees actually request to be in the office, while others had issues adjusting to working remotely and their performance suffered. Your business might be different, but there are definitely ways to develop guidelines for your remote team. Some employees will be eager to return to the office, while others will want to remain remote.
