How quickly Lenihan forgets roots of Fianna Fáil decline

Conor Lenihan made a lot of valid points on the reasons for Fianna Fáil’s path towards insignificance (‘Fianna Fáil faces a choice: a new leader or inevitable decline’, Irish Independent Review, July 17). Obviously, Mr Lenihan has either forgotten to include those reasons, or chosen to have them omitted. What he is saying is, Mother Nature can send man back to the Stone Age in a very short time. A waste of time, as Mother Nature it would appear works independently of God. She will always have the upper hand, only an utter fool will ignore what is happening in the world today.
