The owner of a farm in Hunua, which has been badly hit by flooding overnight, says his local river has risen far higher than the 100-year flooding mark. Geoff Pearson, the owner of Wairoa River Farm and ROCKUP Adventures near Camp Adair, said his 72 hectares had suffered tens of thousands of dollars of damage.
