This, she said, is underpinned by her principle that maintaining one’s rating as a top actress involves rejecting the bait to feature in substandard movies. “Some movies bring you down, so I am very selective when it comes to scripts. Before I go on set I go through scripts to see if it is OK for me to act [in such movies].
