Interior Minister demands probe into GH¢3 million GIFMIS irregularitiesHe said he has instructed his chief director to ensure that all agency expenditures and correspondence are first routed through his office. “I vehemently told the chief director that, if you don't let them pass their expenditures and letters through me, don't ever call me to come and answer for them; I won't answer for anything that did not pass through me,” he added. Citing the Ghana Immigration Service, he noted that multiple deputies could submit separate letters, complicating processes, and stressed that all communication should go through his office.
