Michael Heron QC is the chair of Immediation New Zealand, which will run a new, independent complaints and mediation service for the sport and recreation sector. A Sport New Zealand official believes a new independent complaints and mediation service will allow people involved in sport and recreation to get disputes resolved in a timely manner. The Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service (SRCMS) was launched on Monday. Supplied Sport New Zealand official Jennah Wootten, pictured while helping organise the 2017 World Masters Games, is positive about the potential for a new, independent complaints and mediation service for the sport and recreation centre.
