Michael Heron QC is the chair of Immediation New Zealand, which will run a new, independent complaints and mediation service for the sport and recreation sector. A Sport New Zealand official believes a new independent complaints and mediation service will allow people involved in sport and recreation to get disputes resolved in a timely manner. The Sport and Recreation Complaints and Mediation Service (SRCMS) was launched on Monday.
