On Sunday, Pak’s National Security Adviser Moeed Yusuf alleged that India was behind the blast outside the house of Hafiz Saeed in Lahore. He also said that the Pakistani leadership continues to “glorify terrorists like Osama Bin Laden as ‘martyrs’”. Pakistan's National Security Advisor Moeed Yusuf told reporters in Islamabad on Sunday that the mastermind of the attack "is an Indian citizen" and he is associated with RAW (Research and Analysis Wing). India has told Pakistan that it desires normal neighbourly relations with Islamabad in an environment free of terror, hostility and violence. India has been maintaining that the onus is on Pakistan to create an environment free of terror and hostility.
