He said this while speaking at a work plan meeting to promote media industry and the welfare of journalists, at the Secretariat on Thursday, reports BSS. Dr Hasan said Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s government is pro-media and massive reforms took place in the media industry during her tenure. The minister said the new and existing initiatives will be taken keeping in mind the welfare of journalists. Information Secretary Abdul Malek and other concerned officials of the ministry were present at the meeting.
