Leke Baiyewu, AbujaThe House of Representatives on Tuesday raised an alarm over the rising spate of insecurity in Nigeria. The House stated that it is time to raise its voice on insecurity as the challenge cannot be painted in colours anymore. He said, “The insecurity in the land is too much; it is alarming, we can no longer paint it with beautiful colours; we can no longer discuss it in low tunes. He commended the renewed efforts of the police in combating insecurity and assured them of their support. One can easily conclude that genocide has been declared on my people and indeed Plateau State.
