KUALA LUMPUR (April 9): Provider of comprehensive interior fitting-out services Inspace Creation Bhd has signed an underwriting agreement with TA Securities Holdings Bhd in preparation for its initial public offering (IPO) on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. “The signing of this underwriting agreement represents another important milestone in Inspace Creation’s journey towards becoming a listed company. Our IPO will provide the necessary financial resources to strengthen our position and enable us to undertake more projects or projects of higher value. This strategic move supports our expansion into new commercial segments and regional markets beyond the Klang Valley," Inspace Creation executive director Wong Chong Siong said. The group, which holds a Grade 7 registration with the Construction Industry Development Board, has delivered more than 100 projects with a total contract value of RM150 million.
