What was your insurance industry highlight of 2023? Starting my role as chief executive for UK and Ireland general insurance was a huge personal highlight. I’d also have to say that seeing the team pick up the Insurance Times General Insurer of the Year Award was great. What do you hope to find under the industry’s Christmas tree for 2024? I’m looking forward to getting to know more people and working with them to deliver even better outcomes to the variety of challenges that the insurance industry deals with every day.
