A man was taken to hospital in a critical condition following an electrical incident in Invercargill. An Invercargill man is in a critical condition at Dunedin Hospital after an electrical incident at his home on Sunday. Two ambulances, a fire truck, three police cars and two PowerNet vehicles reportedly attended the scene when the incident happened. St John's spokesperson Gerard Campbell confirmed that the man was taken to hospital in a critical condition. Southern District Health Board spokesperson Eirwen Harris Mitchell confirmed on Tuesday evening that the man was still in critical condition.
