IPOH: Police have denied that they did nothing to stop a fight resulting in the death of a 29-year-old man at the Ashby Flats here, says Ipoh OCPD ACP Yahaya Hassan. He said policemen from the Sungai Senam police station rushed to the scene upon receiving a distress call at about 9am Thursday (Nov 25). ACP Yahaya was commenting on a viral photo showing policemen standing at the crime scene, while the suspect is on the floor with the victim. "Policemen managed to break up the fight and three men aged 34, 37 and 60 were arrested. ACP Yahaya urged witnesses to come to the Ipoh district headquarters or to contact investigating officer ASP Azlina Rais Ahmad at 013-628 2176 to assist investigations.
