Kate Garraway climbed into a bin on Wednesday's episode of Good Morning Britain to recreate a viral video of woman who fractured her shoulder falling into rubbish. Jane joined Kate and Paul in the studio and was accompanied by queen of clean Lynsey Crombie, 46, to share tips on how to do it safely. '#Gmb Good morning Britain really planned out today's show.'
