Jets face different animal in Stars

The Winnipeg Jets will try to follow up one of their best games of the season at home against the division-rival Dallas Stars tonight. Winners of five of their last six games, the Jets are coming off a 5-0 romp over Nashville on Saturday that couldn’t have gone any better. Head coach Paul Maurice says the Jets have to guard against expecting a similar orgy of scoring chances against Dallas, the NHL’s second-stingiest team. The Jets will go with the same lineup that blanked Nashville, Connor playing with Patrik Laine and centre Kevin Hayes. That’s going to help me more in the future.
