If the reaction to Noel Skehan’s remarks in this newspaper last week are anything to go by, there are many other people not happy with how hurling is being played. Denis Donohoe in Kildorrery strongly backed the former Kilkenny goalkeeper’s claim that the blight of thrown passes can only be answered by banning the hand-pass entirely.
