The political TV discussion show is travelling to Johnstone on February 14 and want people of all backgrounds to share their personal stories and opinions. Stephen Jardine, presenter at the BBC, said: "We want people from all walks of life. "It’s your questions, stories, experiences and opinions that lead our discussion - so we couldn’t do it without you." To apply for free tickets, log on to www.bbc.co.uk/debatenight and click on ‘Apply to the Audience’. With the prospect of a UK general election, Jardine said the debate provides a platform for the public to put forward questions to decision-makers and public figures in the country.
