SUBANG JAYA: A Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 auxiliary policeman was killed when his motorcycle was struck by a lorry at KM9.8 of the Elite Highway this morning. Megat Farid Mohamad Zabir, 22, succumbed to head injuries in the 9.30am hit and run accident. Selangor Traffic Enforcement and Investigation Department chief Superintendent Kamaludin Mohamad said Megat Farid was on his way back home in Pulau Indan Klang after finishing his 24-hour shift. “According to information from the public, the victim was thrown into the middle lane of the highway when his Yamaha LC135 was struck by an unidentified lorry. The case is being investigated under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing death by dangerous driving.
