A member of the Ogun State House of Assembly representing Ijebu North Constituency 1, Rasheed Kashamu, son of the late Senator Buruji Kashamu, has distributed packs of food items, supported by cash, to over 2,500 constituents in Ijebu Igbo. The initiative, according to some beneficiaries, reflects not only the lawmaker’s connection with his people but also his commitment to putting smiles on their faces. “This is more than a seasonal gesture; it is a responsibility we owe our people,” he said. The Eid outreach is one of several initiatives undertaken by the lawmaker to improve the living conditions of people within his Ijebu Igbo constituency.
