The major general affirmed Kenya’s commitment to deepening ties with India saying the need to align efforts, share expertise, and build a resilient maritime security framework in the Indian Ocean. The ceremony was held aboard the visiting Indian naval ship INS Trikand docked at Mbarak Wharf.
