Kenya on Monday recorded 111 new Covid-19 cases, from a sample size of 1,948 tested in the last 24 hours, with the positivity rate now at 5.7%. This now brings the total number of positive cases to 168,543, and the cumulative tests so far conducted are 1,783,374. This now brings the total number of fatalities to 3,073. A total of 1,086 patients are currently admitted in various health facilities countrywide, while 4,770 patients are on home based isolation and care. Mandera has three cases, Nyeri and Migori two cases each, while Kisumu, Kwale, Laikipia, Meru, Murang'a, Nakuru, Uasin Gishu and Kilifi have one case each.
