OECD experts are predicting the UK will endure the costliest slump of any major economy on top of the globe’s highest excess death toll. Johnson is a toppled Neville Chamberlain, not the reincarnated Winston Churchill of his dreams. No new law is required to punish the far-right extremist urinating next to murdered PC Keith Palmer’s memorial outside Parliament. Starmer and Labour supporting what is effectively a Johnson stunt instead of condemning a political distraction is a dangerous game.
