Former President Mwai Kibaki voted at Munaini Primary School in Othaya constituency on Tuesday. Kibaki, who had been at his Mweiga Sasini home, arrived minutes after the stipulated official 5pm closing time. Arriving in a convoy of about 10 vehicles, he cast his vote and left after 10 minutes.
