Lacson said yesterday President Duterte should not project weakness when a foreign country bristling with modern military might bullies the Philippines. Lacson issued the statement following its admission that it could not confront China militarily because a single missile would wipe us out. Because of the current situation, Lacson said the Senate might just file a resolution expressing the sense of the Senate on China’s bullying. For the moment, the least the Philippines could do for now is to file a diplomatic protest, he said.
