Forty-seven-year-old Ramon Albert Escobar was charged Wednesday with three counts of murder, five counts of attempted murder and four counts of second-degree robbery. Police planned to ask prosecutors Wednesday to charge 47-year-old Ramon Escobar with murder and attempted murder. Immigration officials say Escobar is from El Salvador but has a long criminal history in the U.S.
