PETALING JAYA: The owner of a laundry here claims that True Fitness Malaysia has not paid them a single sen since they started working together four months ago, which is causing them financial problems. He claimed that the True Fitness Kota Damansara branch kept delaying payments until its abrupt closure on June 9. He said his laundry, which employs five men, desperately needed the payments from True Fitness Malaysia to stay afloat. Pang is at a loss because he does not know who to take legal action against now that all True Fitness Malaysia outlets have shut down. True Fitness Malaysia had announced on June 9 that it had ceased all operations of its three gym and spa facilities as they were "no longer financially viable" due to evolving market conditions.
