She did when she read excerpts of a letter of former Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo as she attended on Monday a Philippine National Police (PNP) event in Camp Crame, Quezon City. She shared an excerpt of her husband’s letter to the members of the police force four years after, when Jesse was still the secretary of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), which oversees the PNP.
