One reason is that six spaces are taken up by large wooden planters, (which at present have nothing in them) tables and chairs. Are these spaces rented by the owners of the properties opposite them? Originally these were installed during the Covid epidemic to provide spaces where people could meet in the open air; but are they still necessary today? Heather Parry, Aberhafesp
