The victim of Toronto's second homicide of 2019 has been identified as 30-year-old Lorraine Kerubo Ogoti. Police found Ogoti suffering from life-threatening injuries in an eighth-floor unit of an apartment building in Scarborough around 2:30 Tuesday afternoon. Lorraine Kerubo Ogoti, 30, of Toronto, died after she was stabbed Tuesday afternoon. ( Toronto Police Services )According to a Thursday press release, the man was found on the ground outside the apartment, also suffering from life-threatening injuries. The press release identified the man as 40-year-old Mowlid Hassan of Toronto.
