Two Lotto players, one from Waikato and another from the West Coast have won a half-million dollars each after clinching first division last night. The player from Hamilton bought their ticket at the Grey Street Supermarket while the winner from the West Coast bought theirs from Hokitika New World. However, Powerball was not struck this evening and has rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $38 million. Strike Four was also won by a player in Ashburton, who takes home $300,000. The winning Strike ticket was sold on MyLotto.
