MANILA, Philippines — A southbound train of the Metro Rail Transit line 3 (MRT-3) unloaded its passengers at the Cubao station on Wednesday afternoon. In a report issued by the train management, approximately 900 passengers were unloaded from the MRT-3 train at 5:58 p.m. after its motors encountered an electrical failure.
