LONDON—British Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged French President Emmanuel Macron to accelerate Brexit trade talks Thursday during a rare moment of face-to-face diplomacy since the coronavirus outbreak hit earlier this year. Mr. Macron’s visit was organized primarily to commemorate 80 years since French leader Gen. Charles de Gaulle rallied his countrymen to resist the Nazis in World War II.
