Interior PS Karanja Kibicho has said Madaraka day celebrations will be held at Jomo Kenyatta international stadium in Mamboleo. But Kibicho during an address to journalists on Sunday said the works at the new stadium are currently at 99 per cent compete. "Doors to the stadium will be opened at 4am, people invited will start coming in to give security and health officials easy time," he said. By 8.3p am, Kibicho said all the invited guest will have arrived and sat. In fact some of this meetings are ready in hand," she said.
