SOUTHPAW Arvin "Hurricane" Magramo of Parañaque City will face Jerry "Marksman" Francisco of Antipas, Cotabato for the vacant World Boxing Organization (WBO) Oriental light flyweight title on October 23 at The Flash Grand Ballroom of the Elorde Sports Complex in Parañaque. Magramo, who has 12 wins with eight knockouts against one loss and one draw, started his quarantine last Saturday at the Elorde Sports Complex. "Hanggang fight po naminang quarantine (Until we fight we'll have the quarantine)," said Magramo. Di pa pokuha bale two weeks pa namanpo bago timbangan (My weight is okay.
