Officers were called to an address in Charnock in Skelmersdale on February 15 this year to reports of a sudden death. The body of Aleksandrs Kragliks, 41, who was previously from Chorley, was identified by Aleksandrs's stepdad, Eriks Benne, at the scene. As LancsLive reports, the court heard Aleksandrs, a warehouseman, was born in Latvia in April 1984.
