As the Glasgow Times previously reported, emergency crews were alerted to Luath Street in the city's Govan on Saturday afternoon following an attack involving weapons. Two men, aged 37 and 38, were rushed to hospital by paramedics and a dog was also injured in the attack and was taken to a vet. Now, the force has confirmed that a 24-year-old man was arrested in connection with robbery, serious assault and animal offences.
